Responsibilities: Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects Manage and monitor project budgets to ensure financial efficiency Collaborate with project managers and engineers to provide accurate financial data Analyze tenders and contracts, advising on potential risks and opportunities Oversee the final account processes, including cost reconciliation Ensure compliance with the clients' and industry standards Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders Negotiate contracts and variations with subcontractors and suppliers Assist in the procurement process and develop effective procurement strategies Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field Minimum of 4 years' experience in quantity surveying, preferably within the construction sector Experience in the Building industry (Civil is not required) Strong knowledge of JBCC, FIDIC, and NEC contracts Experience working on Government projects Proficiency in cost estimation software such as WinQS and CCS Candy Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for you next career-changing move.
