Quantitative Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities:Develop and Implement Quantitative Analysis Methodologies:Design, build, and optimize advanced mathematical models and analytical solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.Ensure Compliance and Governance:Adhere to and implement relevant policies, governance, and compliance standards across the business, staying informed about legislative changes and industry best practices.Model Maintenance and Validation:Regularly audit, update, test, and validate models to ensure their accuracy, relevance, and ability to reflect evolving business complexities.Data-Driven Insights and Customer Experience:Utilize data and analytical insights to enhance customer experience, identify monetization opportunities, and recommend business decision enhancements through statistical modeling and data analysis.Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement:Work collaboratively with various departments and stakeholders to define metrics, create delivery plans, and translate technical data into practical business insights. Requirements:Bachelors degree in a relevant field.Over 3 years of experience in a similar role, with strong modelling expertise.Proficiency in statistics.Experience in banking and insurance sectors.Actuarial background is a plus.
