Quality Team Member (Brits)

MANUFACTURING/AUTOMOTIVE INDUSTRYMinimum of 5 years experience in quality ? Educated to graduate engineer, engineer or technician level in a technical field or knowledge/skills acquired through equivalent training and/or practical experience? Excellent interpersonal skills and fluent in English? Minimum of 4/5 years experience in a supervisory or related role, projects,including experience in dealing with customers? Experience in quality standards ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and VDA 6.3? Ability to do statistical analytics, including pivot tables and graphs (QRK,Pareto, capability testing etc.
)? Knowledge of working with measuring and test equipment (selection,use,MSA studies, calibration) an advantage? Drivers license a must!RESPONSIBILITIES? Intensive investigation on Internal and External Failures? Chair of problem solving meetings on Internal and External Failures? Originator of Corrective Actions on Failures? Coordinator of Corrective Quality Actions that must be implemented.? Implementation of Corrective Actions assigned to him/her? Conducting of Follow-Up checks, to determine the effectiveness of correctiveActions.? Continuous updating of the Failures, Causes and Actions" database and the escalation thereof once per month to the Quality Manager? Updating and Creation of FMEA? Continuous feedback to the applicable department of failure? Continuous feedback to Quality, Production and Development Managers? Stand in for fellow AP Team members
