Quality Systems Officer - Randburg

Our client in the Construction industry is seeking an experienced Quality Systems Officer to join their team. Requirements: National Diploma in Quality Management or equivalent. ISO9001/45001/14001 certification. 3 6 years of quality control experience of which at least 3 years should be in a management role. Proficient in auditing standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 Implementation and Auditing. Practical experience in Quality Management reviews and implementation. Quality Control and Quality Assurance Experience. Sound industry and business knowledge. Duties/Responsibilities: Assist with the development and implementation of quality management policies and procedures in the operations of the Group to ensure compliance with the relevant auditing standards. Assist in developing ISO Certification for the group and its business units. Coordinate and implement a pro-active Quality Management review support program that actively responds to risks and ensures quality on firm audits before issuance of audit reports. Architect and oversee the integrated management system, ensuring seamless documentation and process standardization. Empower sites with robust IMS documentation and enhance compliance through targeted training programs. Monitor external and internal standards, initiating updates to maintain cutting-edge quality processes. Provide comments to auditors and top management in respect of the appropriateness of implemented remedial actions and monitor adherence to corrective action plans.
