Job Description: Responsible for planning and implementation of IOS internal audit.
Follow up the corrective actions and the close of non-conforming.
Responsible for formulating the IOS change plan, implementing, tracking and feeding back the implementation progress of the plan.
Responsible for gap analysis and alignment with the company IOS requirements to meet the seating localization operation requirements.
Responsible for organizing IOS related training and promoting the sharing of best business practices in IOS operation within the company.
Responsible for the routine maintenance and update of the company's IOS, to ensure that the IOS files are updated and released in time and accurately.
And pay special attention to the global applicability of the process and support the global IOS implementation in plants and regions.
Assist in the completion of the company's quality management system certification activities, including but not limited to certification application, certification inquiry, materials preparation, certification implementation, etc., to ensure the close of non-conforming items.
Assist in the completion of the company's product certification work, including but not limited to: data preparation and submission for review, application for change recognition, logo management, etc.
Support factories and foreign branches/subsidiaries to complete the preparation and reception of customer audits.
Participate in process informatization build, such as blueprint review, informatization index, etc.
The work ability needs to meet the customer specific requirements, such as: mastering the five major quality tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
Take management responsibility defined by relevant IOS document as well as the IATF16949/ ISO45001/ ISO14001 standards.
Ensure Effective Operation of IOS documentation and continuously improve relevant process and their application of IOS documentation internal.
Job Requirements: Engineering or Mechanics bachelors degree above Working experience: at least 3 years working experience in project quality or quality assurance field in automotive industry, familiar with five core tools (APQP/PPAP/SPC/MSA/FMEA).
Personality and soft skills: high motivation, willing to learn, teamwork, logical thinking, pressure containment, with strong communication skills
