Quality Supervisor

Our client is recruiting for a Quality Supervisor in the Automotive Manufacturing industry. The successful candidates will be required to travel to Thailand for training and as such will require a valid passport.JOB PURPOSE: The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality are met throughout the Production process. This role ensures that all products meet customer requirements, maintain production integrity, and supervises the quality team to effectively complete tasks.Relevant Diploma in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fieldISO certificationPREFERRED QUALIFICATION:Relevant bachelor's degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related fieldsEnsure all products conform to approved standards and specificationsChampion the implementation and monitoring of ITAF standardsInvestigate and resolve quality non-conformances and customer complaintsAnalyze defects and implement remedial actionsConduct process audits and resolve discrepanciesAct as a customer representative for quality issuesMaintain ISO certification and oversee documentation of quality dataCoordinate equipment calibration and maintain schedulesMonitor production adherence and implement improvement initiativesDevelop and implement quality training programsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standardsAt least 5 years of relevant Quality Assurance Quality Control experience in a supervisory role in Automotive Manufacturing or related fieldsTECHNICAL PRE-REQUISITE COMPETENCY:Proficiency in AutoCAD, PolyWorks Faro programsUnderstanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS)Knowledge of data analysis and statistical methodsFamiliarity with safety protocols in manufacturing environmentsCertification in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ITAF 16949
