SA - Gauteng, Kempton Park (Provident Fund, Medical aid )Our Client in the Engineering Industry based in Kempton Park is looking for a Quality Manager to join their teamSalary is negotiable Minimum requirements: A minimum of 10 years' experience as a quality manager in a mid-size business with 6 years at Artisan level Qualifications in either Boilermaker Trade test Certificate, Level 2 Welding inspectors (SAIW), MT & PT level 2, Galvanizing Inspectors level 2, RT interpretation (SAIW), ASME / NBIC Codes of construction (SAIW) or NACE Level 1 Key Responsibilities: Very good computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet Browser) and STRUMIS Survey analysis to establish the internal and external company performance based on customer feedbackParticipate in weekly production MeetingLead daily check in with inspectorsLead quality department meetings weeklyParticipate in monthly Workshop department meetingExperience in implementation of ISO9001-2015 & ISO 4500 and EN 3834Knowledge codes and standards in SANS 2001; CS- 2017, AWS ;2015, ASME IXTraining in SHEAbility to coach team members in-house and in-fieldExcellent understanding of key measurements and metrics which drive OTIFASAbility to analyze production and make improvements Consultant: Thandi Speelman - Dante Personnel Johannesburg
