Requirements: - Bachelors degree in quality management, Engineering, or a related field. - In-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards. - At least 5 years of experience in the rubber manufacturing or automotive industry. - Proven leadership and team management skills. - Proficient in MS Office with strong business and analytical skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
