Quality Manager

Job Type: 6 month Contract, expected to work Full-Time hoursJob Description:Job Duties:Develop and implement quality management systems in line with industry standardsOversee quality control processes and procedures to ensure complianceConduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actionsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvementTrain and mentor staff on quality principles and best practicesMonitor key performance indicators to track quality metrics and performanceRequired Qualifications:Degree in Engineering or Quality Management.Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or equivalentProven experience in quality management rolesKnowledge of ISO standards and quality management principlesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesExperience: 10 years in quality assurance for engineering projects.Knowledge and Skills:Understanding of ISO standards and quality management principlesAnalytical thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesEffective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and motivate cross-functional teams
