Minimum Requirements:Grade 12Relevant degree (Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology etc.
)At least 5 years suitable experienceBRC, HACCP, AVCASA experience and trainingInternal Auditing TrainingCitrus quality experience - essentialStrong leadership and management qualities Duties and Responsibilities:Food Safety:Deputy leader of Food Safety TeamAssist with Managing, implementing, maintaining and auditing of the Food Safety SystemMonitor and advise on continuous improvement of the Food Safety System.Fruit Quality:Manage, train and monitor the Quality TeamMonitoring and communication of all fruit quality standards to ensure the final product meets requirements and standardsManage inspections of quality personnelLiaise with managers and staff in the company to ensure the Quality System is functioning properlyDevelop, implement, maintain and improve quality systemsEnsure compliance with company packing guide PLEASE NOTE:  Thank you for your interest in this position, we will review and be in touch if you are suitable.
