Quality ManagerManufacturing and supplier company based in Pietermaritzburg is seeking an experienced Quality Manager.
Responsibilities would include implementing and maintaining the full quality management, as well as developing quality-process links with customers in line with the Quality Management system.Minimum Qualifications/RequirementsTertiary Qualification in Quality ManagementDegree in Engineering or similar operational and technical fieldFormal training in QMS tools ie.
root cause analysis, trend analysis (SPC, histograms etc.
)5 years' experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment, preferably automotiveExperience in latest versions of Q1, IATF 16949 (2015), ISO 14001 (2015), ISO 9001 (2015)Control plans, FMEA'sDimensional gauging related experience, including gauge control, GR&R, CMMMicrosoft Office proficient with advanced to expert level in Excel (must be able to import, access and analyze large datasets frequently and with ease, and distill this to summarized and actionable reports)Strong business acumenStrong and clear communicatorAbility to skillfully and respectfully engage with all levels of peopleProfessional conduct, ethics and integrityExcellent organizational and follow-up skillsCompetent in problem solving, team building, planning and decision makingBeneficialAbility to converse in ZuluIf you meet all of the above, please send your CV to (Email Disabled).Please note due to high volume responses, only candidates that meet the advertised criteria will be contacted.
