As a Quality Manager, you will lead and develop the quality team, ensuring compliance with IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO9001 standards. Youll manage internal and supplier quality control, handle audits, customer liaison, and oversee non-conformance resolutions. Driving continuous improvement, youll implement best practices and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet quality targets, maintain customer satisfaction, and ensure compliance across the organization. Job Experience and Skills Required: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in quality management, preferably within the automotive manufacturing industry. Strong understanding of IATF16949, ISO14001, and ISO9001, APQP, PPAP, and FMEA.
