Matric with relevant quality qualification.3-5 years' experience quality management in a production environmentManage, train and mentor quality staffExperience compiling quality reportsConduct ongoing quality inspectionsEnsure quality system is operational and being used effectivelyDevelop, implement maintain and improve quality standardsManage QMS in line with the industry standards (ISO 9000, OHSE etc)Ensure correct PPE is issued to staff and worn as per health and safety standardsOversee health and safetyExperience with IOD's and submission of WCAPrecious experience liaising with shop stewards essentialKnowledge of MEIBC standards, rules and regulationsPresent quality reporting at management meetings
