Quality Manager

A leading Steel Fabrication supplier situated in Nigel, Gauteng is seeking to employ a Quality Manager who will be responsible to ensure the highest standards of Quality throughout its operations in terms of the requirements of ISO9001:2015.
Duties and Job Requirements (not exhaustive)

Management of ISO9001 Quality Management System
Management of Quality Risks, Objectives and Targets
Customer Complaints & Satisfaction Management
Non-conformance and Improvement Management
Top Management Reporting
Liaison with customers and/or end-users regarding all quality related aspects
Control of suppliers and outsourced service providers in terms of Quality

Qualifications & Skills:

5+ Years experience in Steel and Engineering Environment
3+ Years experience in Quality Management Environment
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
ISO9001:2015 Internal Auditor (External Auditor Advantageous)
Incident & Accident Investigation (Advantageous)
Experience and knowledge in Galvanising Process (Advantageous)
Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects
Ability to prioritise, manage and delegate
Ability to work against strict deadlines
Understanding and knowledge of the Standard for the Construction of Overhead Powerlines (TRMSCAAC rev 6) (Advantageous)
