Key Accountabilities or Principal ResponsibilitiesMaintain ISO9001 accreditation by ensuring ISO compliance objectives and targets (certifications and external audits) are achievedEnsuring compliance with national and international standards, and legislationImplementation of goals, objectives, policies, procedures, and systems pertaining to QMSPromote quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organisationDevelop, implement, communicate, and maintain a quality plan to bring the companys quality systems and policies into compliance with quality system requirements based on the ISO9001:2015 systemSupport the application of other ISO systems including the Occupational Health and Safety (ISO45001) and Environment Management Systems (ISO14001)Effectively interact with business units to maintain provision of servicesDevelop improvement solutions into quality policies and procedures in conjunction with business unit resources to compile and agree comprehensive quality proceduresCo-ordinate technical internal auditing and engage with technical operational resources undertaking technical internal auditsCo-ordinate the review of current QMS documentation and follow up on outstanding documents before and after process Manage, implement, and maintain the companys documentation and record keeping processes including the QMS document management register, quality drive, SharePoint portal and hard copy filesManage, implement and maintain the companys internal audit process including the annual schedule, monthly plans, capturing of findings on the noncompliance reporting system, and approve and distribute the monthly reportsUndertake monthly internal audits according to the annual schedule, prepare the plans, undertake the audits, capture findings on the non-compliance reporting system, submit monthly reports to stakeholdersManage, implement and maintain the companys non-conformance and corrective action processes using the non-compliance reporting system, ensuring corrective action is undertaken by operational resources and noncompliance reports are completed and risk management is implemented where relevantSupport the risk management process throughout the companyManage, implement and maintain the companys management reviews process including compilation and distribution of meeting documentation (agenda, minutes and supporting reports)Monthly monitoring of QMS performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports from the QMS Schedule of Incidents ReportSummary to determine trend patterns and improvement solutions (preventive action and risk management) and distribution of reportsCompilation of reportsIdentify relevant quality related training needs and facilitate training including induction training of new employeesConsider the application of environmental and health and safety standardsFormatting of documentation aligned to standard templates and corporate identitySchedule, co-ordinate and administer meetings where relevantResource managementSupport the company with ad hoc projects It should be noted that, for operational reasons, it may be necessary to perform tasks other than those described herein from time to time.
