Quality Manager

Join Lactalis at our Ladismith Plant with the main responsibilities on the floor monitoring of Food safety elements likes GMP's and OPRP's as described in Food Safety System.
Follow up on completed corrective actions.
Identify and eliminate possible food safety risks and report to supervisors for attention.
Assist in control procedures to proof that standards are met).
Successful candidates need to have at least 2- 5 years Cheese Manufacturing plant experience or 2-5 Years UHT Manufacturing plant experience.  Knowledge of auditing Suppliers and Knowledge of a Supplier system.
Sound knowledge in Microbiology, Analytics, Supplier Management.
Be fluent in English and be computer literate.
