Implement, drive and manage Quality and Food Safety at 3PMs and Innovations.About YouKey Responsibilities:Quality in DesignTo share QFS requirements and impact on project timelines.Lead Risk Analysis (Quality and Food Safety).Track project compliance to QFS Requirements.Report KPIs – No Spec No Buy, No Spec No Product, Risks & Mitigation.Review Food Safety Visas (Supplier Production Site, Material and Individual Specification), provide feedback to R&I and C&P Teams.Initiate PFR/PFA, Review QFS RA in each phase of goose and provide feedback to QA Manager.Prepare Food Safety Design Summary with Cross Functional Team to review compliance of Project with Project Team.Support in First Production and evaluation of product before handed over to Quality In Operations.Develop and Review of Quality Monitoring Plan for each product launch and provide feedback to Project Team.Develop protocols to improve ways of working within Quality in Design.Attend Project Team Meetings and provide feedback during PTM.Attend PST and Codev when required – according to involvement of QFS.Lead Promotional Object QFS and approval.Provide training session for Project Team.Establish targets for QID.QFS at 3PM:Approval of new 3PMs following the 3PM Approval Procedure and 3PM Gap Assessment.FSI Auditing of new 3PM.Creation of Action/mitigation plan for 3PM.Tracking of Consumer Complaints and Consumer Key Criteria's.Monitoring Performance of 3PM against Actions for QFS.Reporting on 3PMs.Incident Management at 3PM.Non-Conformance Management and Root Cause Evaluation.Lead 3PM Product Evaluations and Feedback.Drive monthly/quarterly meeting with 3PM.Support 3PM by providing them with tools to improve QFS.Support 3PM by providing training.Establish KPIs for 3PMs.Qualifications Required:Btech Food Technology/Btech Quality/BSc Microbiology.Any Degree in Sciences/Applied Sciences.Experience and Skills Required:5-8 years' experience in FMCG within quality assurance. 1-2 years' experience in Leadership.Proficient in MS Office.Project Management.Industry Experience (Plant Quality).Cleaning & Disinfection & Manufacturing Hygiene.Risk Management.Laboratory Management.Good Communication Skills.Good Writing Skills.Experience in FSSC 22000 or any other related GFSI approved scheme.Leadership Skills.About DanoneFor more information about Danone, our culture, please explore careers.danone.com.We offer:A job which could easily turn into a career in Danone.
