Quality Head Of Department

Minimum requirements: Relevant degree in Engineering, Quality Management or related field (A Must / Not negotiable) 7 - 10 years' experience in the manufacturing / automotive industry At least 5 years' experience in performance management, quality assurance or operational leadership with more than 2 years in a managerial position Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt Expertise in quality systems (ISO, COPC) Quality or performance management certifications are an advantage Oversee Black Belt and Master Black Belt projects Collaborating with international stakeholders to ensure consistent quality standards and regulatory compliance across all regions.
