As our Quality Engineering Technician, you'll be the linchpin ensuring our processes align with ISO 9001/IATF 16949 standards.
You'll dive deep into process analyses, meticulously identifying and rectifying any deviations to ensure our operations soar beyond defined limits.Key ResponsibilitiesSafeguard compliance by fortifying our QMS through meticulous daily verifications.Uphold calibration, process capability, and MSA system requirements to meet and exceed industry standards.Forge robust collaborations with production, maintenance, and engineering to fortify our quality systems.Lead the charge in conducting audits and spearheading corrective actions to keep our standards sky-high.Be the detective behind product anomalies, initiating root cause analyses and implementing robust countermeasures.Minimum RequirementsMatric or Higher Tertiary Qualification.Seasoned technical experience and a knack for problem-solving.Mastery of precision measurement tools and software for data analysis.5 years thriving in high-volume manufacturing environments.Deep-seated knowledge of ISO/IATF 16949 and OEM Quality System requisites.Certified Internal Auditor - a testament to your auditing prowess.Technical problem-solving: PDCA, RC/CM, DMAIC, and more.Expertise in measurement system qualification, capability studies, and basic statistics.Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, including GD &T symbols.Stellar communication prowess coupled with a flair for data visualization.At GUD, we're not just about products; we're about a culture that fosters innovation, collaboration, and growth.
