The target is a complete implementation of actions/ corrective actions to vehicle safety requirements for the prevention of repeat failures using the product safety catalogue (lessons learnt)Inspecting pre-series units in conjunction with other Q-type responsible PSBs to expedite safety-relevant problem recognition and corrective action implementationUndertaking regular vehicle and line checks to evaluate current production (parts, part assemblies and sub-assemblies), and obtain corrective actions for any potential safety-relevant problems detectedRepresenting the interest of the Quality Assurance Department during technical discussions with the Service and the Product Safety CommitteeEnsuring/ initiating and/ or assisting in the establishment of corrective action to resolve the problem, tracking monitoring of the implementation of agreed actions and verification of the effectiveness within the production/ field with the Service Department
