Quality Engineer

Overview:  Our client in the automotive industry is looking to employ a Quality Engineer to monitor the plant's quality activities and to maintain the product, process, quality and systems to agreed standards through facilitation of improvements and audits.
Minimum Requirements: Grade 12/MatricNational Diploma in Quality Management or Engineering qualificationTrained Auditor ISO 9001;2015; IATF 16949:2016 & VDA 6.3:2016Minimum 5 years working experience in Quality department using IATF 16949Tier 1 – OEM Automotive manufacturing experienceExperience in writing procedure and compiling monthly reportsExperience in using root cause analyses toolsClear understanding of ISIR / PPAP, VDA 6.3 and IATF 16949:2016 and Auditing Competencies / Skills:  Systems and Process complianceRisk ManagementInformation management and direction focusManagement of quality at sourceBusiness managementPeople managementQuality managementQuality control
