Quality Engineer

Reporting directly to the Quality Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our manufacturing processes meet the highest international quality standards. Your primary responsibilities include deploying quality strategies, conducting process analyses, and implementing continuous improvement action plans. You will design and enforce our company's quality standards, facilitate corrective actions, and support Quick Response Continuous Improvement (QRCI) initiatives. Additionally, you will analyse quality performance data, compile comprehensive reports, and audit processes for compliance and efficiency. As the Quality Engineer, you will guide team members through training and mentorship, manage departmental resources, and implement succession planning.

Requirements:
National Diploma in Engineering
2 Years of experience as a Quality Engineer in a manufacturing environment
