Quality Controller (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of materials and products throughout the manufacturing process Evaluate manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality standards Identify defects or deviations from specifications and initiate corrective actions Compile and maintain accurate quality control documentation and reports Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement Train and guide team members on quality control best practices Participate in quality audits and assessments Requirements South African Citizen Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a Quality Controller in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of quality control methodologies and tools Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Ability to interpret technical specifications and standards Proficient in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of safety regulations in the manufacturing industry Benefits Salary: negotiable Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move.
