Quality Controller

Our client is looking for a Quality Controller to ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards before they reach the market. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest quality standards.ResponsibilitiesInspect and test products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.Identify and document any defects or deviations from specifications, and communicate findings to the production team.Develop and maintain quality control procedures and ensure they are followed consistently throughout the production process.Collaborate with the production and engineering teams to resolve any quality issues and implement corrective actions.Conduct regular audits of the production process to ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards.Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and other quality control activities.Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Ensure that all products are packaged and labeled according to company standards before shipment.Prepare and present quality reports to senior management, providing recommendations for continuous improvement.Key SkillsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey quality issues to production teams.Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.Ability to work independently and make decisions based on objective data.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control.Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Familiarity with quality control methodologies, such as Six Sigma, ISO standards, or similar.Experience with quality control software and tools.Certification in Quality Control (e.g., CQI, CQA) is highly desirable.QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage.
