This role is responsible for ensuring that all quality-related issues are resolved and products meet the company's quality standards before they reach the market.Specific Role ResponsibilitiesDuties And ResponsibilitiesInspect and test products at various stages of the production process to ensure they meet the Beekman standard.Complete internal audits and daily reports.Identify early indications of spikes in defects and assist in tracing root causes.Resolve quality-related issues and adhere to deadlines.Work with department managers to implement actions taken to rectify defects.Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Monitor and analyze quality control data to identify trends and areas for improvement.Recommend improvement measures to the production process to ensure quality control standards are met.Approve products according to required standards before they are taken to the next department.Qualifications And ExperienceGrade 12; certification in Quality Control is highly desirable.Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment.Good communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey quality issues to production teams.In-depth understanding of company quality standards and procedures.Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to quality control.Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.Skills and Personal AttributesStrong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to work under pressure.Good administrative skills.Customer-oriented.
