Quality Controller

*Key Responsibilities:*1. Conduct regular vehicle inspections (pre- and post-rental) to ensure cleanliness, mechanical condition,and compliance with company standards.2. Identify and document defects, damages, or maintenance needs, and report to the maintenance team.3. Verify vehicle documentation, including licenses validity.4. Monitor and control tire pressure, and fluid levels.5. Ensure vehicles are properly cleaned and prepared for customer rental.6. Investigate customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.7. Collaborate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and maintenance.8. Implement and maintain quality control processes and procedures.9. Maintain accurate records and reports i.e daily fleet and key checks.10. Termination/check in procedure for damages*Requirements:*1. Experience in quality control, automotive, or a related field would be advantageous.2. Matric3. Some knowledge of vehicle mechanics and safety standards.4. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Basic computer skills and familiarity with software applications.7. Valid driver's license (Code 8 or higher).*Working Conditions:*- Work outdoors and indoors in a fast-paced environment.- Frequent walking, standing, and inspecting vehicles.- Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with every alternate Saturday 7:30am until 12h30pm
