Duties include:Quality control tests with regards to bottling and labellingRoutine analysis of wines /juicesAd hoc experimental workImproving quality systemsAdministration of samples and resultsTesting dry goods to specificationsAttend to packaging & production line problemsPreparing chemicals, verify, calibrate and maintain equipmentRequirements:Good interpersonal & communication skills (Afrikaans & English);Willingness to work overtime;Focus on detail;Grade 12, but a tertiary qualification (food technology or related qualification) will be an advantage;Good analytical abilities;Code 8 drivers license, must have own transportMust be computer literate.
