Duties include:Quality control tests with regards to bottling and labellingRoutine analysis of wines/juicesAd hoc experimental workImproving quality systemsAdministration of samples and resultsTesting dry goods to specificationsAttend to packaging & production line problemsPreparing chemicals, verifying, calibrating and maintaining equipmentRequirements:Good interpersonal & communication skills (Afrikaans & English)Willingness to work overtimeFocus on detailGrade 12, but a tertiary qualification (food technology or related qualification) will be an advantageGood analytical abilitiesCode 8 drivers license, must have own transportMust be computer literate
