Responsible for inspecting, testing and evaluating materials, components, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards and specifications. Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for Syrinx system compliance to quality, all quality issues around WM flow, quotes, drawings, works orders(WO), bills of materials (BOM), stores / issue, factory / manufacture / rental unit prep / conversion, transport and sitingQuality at branches - rental yards, minimum rental stock rentals ready, inventory checks against rental stock reports Inspection and testingMonitor production processes to identify potential quality issues or deviations from established procedures Identify and document non-conforming materials, components or products, and communicate findings to appropriate personnel for corrective actionRoot cause analysisDocumentation and reportingTraining and compliance Desired Experience & QualificationGrade 12 SAGE, Pastel,SAP or Accpac experience advantageous HIRA and root cause analysis, ISO experience and implementation certificate as well as internal auditor training5 Years experience in repairs and maintenance preferrably of modular building and experience in quality controlGood interpersonal and communication skillsProven experience as quality inspector or in a similar role, preferrably in a manufacturing environmentProficiency in reading engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentsAbility to use precision measuring instruments and testing equipmentExcellent attention to detail and ability to identify deviations or abnormalities in product quality Strong problem-solving skills and ability to conduct root cause analysisPackage & RemunerationR38 000CTC These jobs were popular with other job seekers#J-18808-Ljbffr
