Quality Control Executive

Duties Support in Determining, negotiating and agreeing in-house quality procedures, standards and/or specifications.Ensure quality/health and safety.Ensuring that manufacturing processes comply with standards at plant level.Follow established procedures, I.S.O guidelines and rules and proper documentation.Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/qualityManage staffs of his function to ensure the productivity. Key Performance IndicatorsDetermine the in-house quality procedure, standards and or specification.Conduct various tests as per the standard before manufacturing start, during the course (online) of production and final quality check before the final products delivers to the customers.Assessing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met setting customer service standards.Acting as a catalyst for change and improvement in performance/qualityFollow I.S.O guidelines and rules and other quality parameters to ensure compliant with the audit.Ensure the critical control points are monitored & recorded regularly as per the departmental process. QualificationsB.E/ B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering.Minimum relevant experience of 3- 8 years SkillsShould have the in depth technical knowledge.Sound Knowledge of Mechanical Maintenance and total preventive maintenance.Should have experience in managing various quality initiatives in the plant
