Quality Control & Assurance Manager

Requirements:Grade 12At least 3 - 5 years relevant experience in the food industryManaging StaffComputer literate.
MS Office.
SAP preferred.Relevant Qualification.FSSC 22000 global standard experience preferredResponsibilities:Management and continuous improvement of quality system through use of but not exclusively, HACCP, GMP's and SOP'sConduct internal inspections for hygiene & pest control to meet GMP'sEnsure factory employees meet the given quality standards at all timesResponsible for conducting customer auditsResponsible for conducting and reaching approval on third party audits from AIB & FSSC.Managing and ensuring actions from all external audits are completed in a timeous fashionManagement of complaints system, including timeous response to customers as well as actioning any system changes requiredResponsible for management and organization of permanent staff in reporting structure.Manage all leave requirements for reporting structureCo-ordinate with external cleaning service to ensure hygiene standards are met at all timeManagement of Pest Control contractor to ensure infestation-free siteManagement of reject stock with emphasis on destination to ensure stock is dealt with timeously
