PepsiCo SA employs more than 13,000 people across our three business divisions: Bakeries, Grains, Foods, Fruit, Snacks, Juice & Beverages.ResponsibilitiesDocument and manage quality processes and informationUpdate and implement QA proceduresConduct and moderate internal and external QM audits, AIB AuditTest and control raw materials, packaging & finished products, resolve customer complaints & product returnsManage own team and train employees on QM systems, policies & proceduresConduct regular inspections to ensure that procedures are followed correctly at Production levelIdentify and report/communicate any issues that will influence quality/food safetyProvide support to Production regarding training and implementation of corrective actionsConduct consumer/customer complaints investigations and provide feedback to the quality managerEnsure that the facility is aware and available for all related auditsValidate that the relevant documentation is in place for the auditEnsure that the corrective actions of previous findings are completedEnsure that proactive steps are taken to minimize risks and findings in the systemQualificationsGrade 12 and a Food Safety related qualification4-5 years relevant experienceFood Science/Food Technology or related qualification or any other relevant qualificationProven Supervisory experiencePepsiCo is an Equal Opportunity Employer in line with the Employment Equity Act
