We are seeking a  Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer  to join RVS's technology team.
In this role, you will ensure that every release meets the highest standards of quality and reliability.
You'll develop and execute test plans, integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to identify and resolve issues.
Your work will help create efficient, user-friendly platforms that empower RVS's volunteers to continue their life-changing work.

What You Will Be Doing Test Planning & Execution : Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, integration, regression, and performance tests.
Identify and document defects, ensuring timely resolution.
Automated Testing : Create and maintain automated test scripts for front-end, back-end, and API testing.
Build or enhance test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, TestNG, JUnit) and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines.
CI/CD Integration : Collaborate with DevOps and development teams to integrate automated testing into continuous integration and delivery processes, ensuring reliable testing during development and deployment.
Collaboration & Communication : Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, define acceptance criteria, and participate in Agile ceremonies.
Provide clear, actionable feedback to developers.
Defect & Performance Management : Log and track defects using tools like Azure DevOps.
Execute performance and load testing, and contribute to security testing efforts to meet industry standards and best practices.
