What You'll Be Doing:
Engage in daily stand-ups, sprint planning and project alignment
Design and execute effective testing frameworks
Test applications across diverse platforms and devices
Develop detailed test cases and document results
Perform system audits and regression testing to ensure high standards
Drive the quality and reliability of product releases across our SDLC
Collaborate to grow the QA function and optimise testing practices
Proactively identify improvements to enhance user experience and product quality
Monitor product metrics and take initiatives on resolving issues
Communicate progress on critical issues to our customer service and success teams
What We're Looking For:
Exposure to QA / testing environments
Basic knowledge of programming frameworks
Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Trello, or Azure DevOps
Excellent problem-solving skills and teamwork abilities
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
Eagerness to grow and develop profressionally
Bonus Points if You Have:
1+ years of experience in software testing or QA
A relevant certification or degree in software testing or quality assurance
