DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our Client Lifecycle Management Team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the quality of the team's interactions and processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
This role is critical in maintaining the integrity of data processes and enhancing the overall client experience.Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular audits of client interactions to assess quality, compliance, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
(Within the team)Collaborate with the Client Lifecycle Team to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable feedback.Develop and implement quality assurance processes and metrics to track performance and ensure continuous improvement.Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings, highlighting trends, issues, and recommendations for enhancements.Provide training and support to team members on quality standards and best practices.Assist in the development of training materials and resources to enhance team capabilities.Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements to ensure adherence within the team.Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic discussions regarding client lifecycle management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.Proven experience in quality assurance, preferably within the financial services industry.Strong understanding of client lifecycle processes and regulatory compliance.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management software.
Desired Skills Experience with quality assurance tools and methodologies.Knowledge of CRM systems and client management processesStrong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
