Digital Ink Manufacturer based in Cape Town has an opportunity available for a Quality Assurance Officer.
This person will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure packaging and manufacturing process meet the highest standards.
It includes supporting new product development, conducting regular inspections, writing and updating SOP's and collaborating with production teams.
The QA Officer will also monitor quality performance data, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide training and support to staff.
Tertiary qualification in Quality/Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience in manufacturing industry required.
Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering/relatedAdditional certificates (ISO 9001 Lead Auditor or Six Sigma)3 Years of experience in manufacturing industryExperience in Packaging industry will be an advantageStrong knowledge and implementation experience of quality management systems (ISO 9001 specifically)Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools (e.g.
