Quality Assurance Manager (Plastics Manufacturing)

The incumbent will be responsible to drive quality assurance within operations, to continually minimise risk of deviation from standards. To ensure standards align with customer requirements. Implement and maintain ISO9001 and ISO22000 accreditation.Requirements:3 years QA Manager experience and any relevant manufacturing qualificationExperience with i-Manage system or similar system to manage and monitor non- conformances / root cause analysisMust have experience in the implementation of BRCGS or ISO 22000 standards as well as ISO 9001 implementationMust have worked within Plastics manufacturing environmentKey Performance Indicators:Observe and monitor production operations and equipment to ensure conformance to specifications and make or order necessary process or assembly adjustmentsControl and monitor scrap levelsAssists with stock countPlace orders with suppliersOrganisation, maintenance, and control of the quality systemInspect, test, and sample materials or assembled parts or products for defects and deviations from specificationsEnsuring the correct quantities of all productionEnsure quality of production and assembled products including night shift quality (Product finish fusion, punching, printing, labels, carbon black, ID, OD Literate)Testing of pilots on test bed and labelling with QC Labels - conduct supplier auditsQuality control standardsMaintain good internal and external relationshipsRegular improvements to current processes & practices implementedEmail your CV to ******#J-18808-Ljbffr
