Quality Assurance Manager

RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established food manufacturing company in Cato Ridge, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join their team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality in all aspects of the food manufacturing process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain quality standards, implement quality control processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes and proceduresMonitor and enforce compliance with quality standards and regulationsConduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvementAnalyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and patternsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actionsLead and manage the quality assurance teamEnsure all products meet customer specifications and quality requirements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Food Science or Quality ManagementMinimum of 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance role within the food manufacturing industryStrong knowledge of quality control processes, regulations, and standardsExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and communication skillsAbility to work well in a team environment
