Reference: 9891 CM Consultant: ChristaMostert Job Description: Facilitating and driving implementation of Total Quality Management System across all sites and divisions.Initiating, reviewing, approving and implementing SOPs and Quality Manual per the required process.Implementation of an effective recall system compliant to IBCO requirements.Management of Deviations, change control and corrective actions as per approved SOPs.Management of self-inspections programs ensuring recommendations are made and corrective and preventative actions identified and implemented effectively.Leading Quality review meetings within Group Quality Assurance.Implementing an annual risk schedule and ensuring risk assessments are done according to the schedule and approved SOP.Management of customer complaints process to meet investigation timelines and complaint closure.Performing root cause analysis to prevent recurrences with deviations and negative audit findings.Ensure Staff members are adequately trained and perform their jobs to a satisfactory standard.Drive continual process improvements based on the latest Manufacturing trends and guidelines.Implement adequate measures for all quality systems.Maintaining the laboratory used for quality controls.Qualifications: BSc/BEng/B-Tech or Diploma in relevant quality/process educationSix Sigma/ISO certification would be advantageousMinimum 3 years experience in a process manufacturing environmentManagement experience as a Process Specialist, Quality Engineer or Quality ManagerHow to Apply: Email your comprehensive CV to ******.If you are already registered, please forward your CV and the relevant reference number to the consultant with whom you are currently registered in order to avoid duplicity on our system.We reserve the right to only conduct interviews with candidates of choice.Applicants who have not received feedback within 30 days from the closing date must please accept their application as unsuccessful.
