Quality Assurance Manager

Our client based in Athlone (NGO) Is looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to join their growing team.
Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Quality Assurance or a related field is required.Experience in quality assurance or quality management, preferably in a certification or regulatory environment.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in computer skills.Liaise with accreditation bodies, manage external audits, and ensure timely resolution of any non-conformities.Skills: Strong understanding of quality assurance principles and methodologies.Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in using quality management software and tools.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Quality Assurance Manager Role The Quality Assurance Manager will ensure our processes meet ISO/IEC 17065:2012 quality standards.Implement, maintain and update the Quality Management System (QMS)Provide monthly reports to managementConduct risk assessments and clear NC's,Establish and maintain preventative actionsPrepare management review reports,Prepare for and facilitate internal and external audits.Manage current accreditations and apply for new external accreditations.Identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the QMS.Ensure compliance of all follow-through and aftercare services, including customer care and customer satisfaction.
