We are looking for a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet all necessary quality standards before they reach our customers. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of quality assurance processes in manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Conduct inspections and tests on products at various stages of the production process.Identify and troubleshoot quality issues and recommend corrective actions.Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards.Maintain accurate records of inspections, tests, and corrective actions.Analyze quality data and generate reports for management.Ensure that manufacturing processes comply with industry standards and regulations.Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Experience in quality assurance in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in quality assurance software and Microsoft Office Suite.
