G4S Secure Solutions (SA), a leading provider of integrated security management solutions, has a vacancy for a Quality Assurance & Control Manager based at our Head Office in Centurion, reporting to the National Operations Manager.We welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates, but SA citizens will have a distinct advantage.Main Purpose of the PositionThe Quality Assurance Manager (QA/QC) is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) programs and procedures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer requirements. They work closely with all departments to identify and mitigate potential quality risks, and to ensure that all QA/QC standards are met.Quality Assurance & Quality ControlDevelop, implement and maintain QA/QC programs and proceduresConduct quality audits and inspectionsAnalyze and interpret QA/QC dataIdentify and investigate quality problemsDevelop and implement corrective and preventive actionsTrain and supervise QA/QC staffManage the QA/QC budgetRepresent the company on QA/QC matters to customers and other stakeholdersAdministrationCompile, implement and manage all required QA/QC documentationHealth and SafetyParticipate in the design/ development/ review/ implementation and monitoring of the branch/region/national safety plans for each year.Participate in safety forums created by company for example safety meetings and safety talksReport all safety incidents to the relevant peopleDiscuss all safety incidents on all levelsFollow-up on any activities assigned through safety meeting/committee/representative/managementAttend safety education and refresher programmesComply with safety policies and procedures at workplaceDistribute safety information as and when requiredWear protective clothing all the timeQualification and ExperienceGrade 12A valid Driver's License3 - 5 years relevant experienceA three year Degree or National Diploma in Quality Assurance and Quality Control or equivalent qualification will be advantageousKnowledge of relevant Legislations, security regulations, quality standards, investigations, QA/QC techniques, risk assessment, fault finding methodologies, implementing changeComputer Literacy (Google Suite).Experience with ISO standardsExperience with other quality management systems and toolsSkills and AttributesUnderstanding the organizational environmentUnderstanding the organization's goals and objectivesDealing with changing circumstancesSupporting and working with othersDelivering objectivesDealing with complexityActing professionallyDelivering great customer serviceSharing and cooperating#J-18808-Ljbffr
