Main Purpose of the Position The Quality Assurance Manager (QA/QC) is responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) programs and procedures to ensure that products and services meet or exceed customer requirements. They work closely with all departments to identify and mitigate potential quality risks, and to ensure that all QA/QC standards are met.
