Position: Quality Assurance Auditor
Region: Fidelity Cash Solutions
Reporting to: Quality Assurance Manager
Overall Purpose of the Job: To ensure quality assurance processes are effectively implemented and maintained within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Advantage to having attended and passed the following external ISO courses:ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems – RequirementsISO 9001:2025 Quality Management Systems – ImplementationISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems – Internal AuditorMinimum experience of 2-5 years in a quality work environment.Previous audit experience in the South African Security Industry is an advantage.Ability to perform individual audits according to the audit plan.Skills in report writing.Own reliable transport is required.Ability to travel extensively.Ability to train and interact with senior management.Main Duties: Assist the QA Manager with planning and conducting audits at FCS Head Office and Branches.Train Branch personnel.Plan meetings with Branch managers and FCS staff for audit purposes.Understand and document systems and business processes.Ensure that the planning of reviews is followed as per the audit methodology.Conduct data analysis for continual improvement.Implement corrective action strategies and controls to sign off.Identify Risk and Prioritise: Perform ongoing risk analyses by observing, analysing, and consulting with relevant management and parties of the identified audit areas.Prioritise risk for engagement and relevant internal controls of the environment.Adopt a risk-based audit approach while conducting internal audits.
