**Job Title:** Automotive Technician
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing problems with vehicles, as well as performing routine maintenance tasks to keep vehicles in good working condition.
**Responsibilities:**
* Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
* Use specialized equipment and tools to diagnose and repair vehicles
* Consult with service advisors/management to understand their concerns and provide estimates for repairs
* Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed on vehicles
* Stay up-to-date with manufacturer specifications and warranty requirements
* Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure efficient and effective repair of vehicles
* Ensure all work is done to a high standard and meets quality and safety requirements
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician
* Valid certification as an automotive technician
* Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and repair procedures
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment and vehicles
**Nice to Have:**
* Experience with advanced diagnostic equipment and tools
* Knowledge of manufacturer-specific systems and requirements
* Strong understanding of electrical and electronics systems
* Ability to work on a variety of vehicle makes and models
