Qualified Room Leader – Woodford

Role: Room LeaderSalary: £29,000Hours: Up to 40 hoursArea: WoodfordOur client is currently seeking an experienced, qualified, and confident Room Leader to work at their Woodford nursery.Responsibilities:Supporting staff in the allocated rooms and ensuring adult/child ratios are met.Observing children and managing their learning and development records.Working with the EYFS Curriculum and planning exciting age-appropriate activities both indoors and outdoors.Being a key person, completing observations and reports where required.Building positive relationships with parents and Ofsted.Working to nursery policy and procedures in relation to Safeguarding and Health & Safety.Attending staff meetings and training as required.Maintaining confidentiality.Minimum Requirements:Must be Level 3 qualified.Must have a clean DBS which is either valid or on update service.Must have 2 references.Must be a strong team player and leader.Benefits:This is a permanent role and we are keen to interview fantastic candidates who are looking to progress their career and join this lovely team.
This is a full-time role and will involve working up to 46 hours a week.
