Requirements: Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Motor Vehicle Technician (mandatory) Qualified Technician Excellent communication skills Responsibilities: Perform thorough maintenance and repairs on vehicles scheduled for dealership service, ensuring they are returned to optimal condition. Utilize diagnostic skills to accurately identify issues and promptly report findings for efficient resolution. Maintain diagnostic tools in top condition to facilitate accurate diagnosis and repair. Collaborate with parts sales executives to acquire relevant and accurate parts, maintaining a smooth workflow. Promptly escalate any service-related issues to management for swift resolution and to uphold customer satisfaction. Interact with clients by scheduling vehicle appointments, assisting with customer check-ins, and conducting follow-ups to deliver exceptional service. Thoroughly document service and repair details on job cards, ensuring accuracy. Proactively plan and order parts in advance based on vehicle identification to streamline service processes. Demonstrate effective production scheduling skills, prioritizing tasks to meet service demands. Adhere to the 5'S principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) to maintain a safe and organized work environment.
