Minimum RequirementsMatric + QHSE Degree/Diploma5 – 7 Years QHSE experience within a manufacturing environment of which 3 years should be in a management roleProficient on MS Office SuiteResponsibilitiesMonitor and review manufacturing operations and processes in order to ensure quality standards are maintainedEnsure all design & production processes are cost efficient and effectiveEnsure all plant and equipment is maintained and serviced to specificationAchieve a correct and on-time delivery target of 95%Ensure non-conforming product is rectified and/or repaired as top priorityEnsure raised non-conformance reports are evaluated and that any required amendments to design, production and manufacturing processes are incorporatedEnsure finished goods are checked and found to be correct, complete and compliant with all relevant specifications prior to dispatchEnsure design standards are adhered to by both the Drawing Office and R&D DepartmentsIdentify individual training needsImplement, monitor and review personnel training and development plansIdentify manufacturing improvement processes and systems in order to reduce inventory, increase throughput and minimize costsTO APPLY:Only if you do meet the minimum job requirements and experience as mentioned above, you may submit a detailed updated CV.Please Apply Online and complete your registration on Ditto Hire (our application tracking system) to enable and protect you as a candidate to accept the new POPIA terms and conditions.
