Job Description Advising management on QEHS matters including compliance with applicable legislation and industry best practice by liaising with enforcing authorities and professional groups.
Deploy business group development initiatives designed to improve QEHS performance and bring about a positive culture change.
Raising awareness through the identification of training needs, planning and delivery of training in line with the business training plan.
Monitor performance by undertaking audits as directed, monitoring inspection reports and other project generated information.
Oversee accident and incident investigations and supporting senior management in the effective management of incidents.
Establish and maintain the business management systems to ensure compliance with legislation and management standards in order to maintain certification in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018.
Duties and Responsibilities: Updating QEHS and Security monthly reports Loading of NCRs on Salesforce Updating of Management systems Daily HSE management Internal auditing HSE inspections Creative problem-solving skills Excellent planning, project and time-management skills Results driven, both individually and within team Ability to work independently daily and be a strong "team player" within a sales/commercial team Consolidation of management systems to an integrated system on ZIZO.
High levels of mental toughness and proven abilities to handle complex, fast moving and challenging Operational environment.
Excellent communication skills both verbal & written is essential.
Qualifications Skills and Experience: 5-10 Years' experience.
Good understanding of legal requirements relating to OHSact and Environmental legislation.
Integrated management system knowledge.
QEHS qualification.
ISO auditing qualification Computer proficiency in MS Office, Outlook.
Experience working on ZIZO Sales force experience.
Six sigma experience.
