Qc Supervisor

The ideal candidate would be responsible for:Full responsibility for all labour related issues including, ensuring that all positions are managed at all times.Management of timesheets and overtime.Dealing with all disciplinary matters appropriately and according to the Company's disciplinary code.Full control of production processes and responsibility for maintaining production standards in terms of quality, process flows, volumes and food hygiene.Ensuring staff is adequately trained and had full understanding of all tall tasks to be PerformedFull control of production processes and responsibility for maintaining production standards in terms of quality, process flows, volumes, and food hygiene.Continued interaction and communication with all senior management.Maintaining and implementing 20 keys principles including Health & Safety of the department.Assist all departments to be compliant to food safety, quality and animal welfare.Adhering to Astral's ethics policy.The successful candidate must meet the following requirements:A Matric Certificate / Equivalent.Relevant diploma.2 – 3 years' experience in a production environment.A preparedness to work shifts will be a prerequisite.Good supervisory and interpersonal skills.Must be computer literate.Must be able to work independently and cope well under pressure.Manage staff professionally and lead by example.
